This custom skin features:

No particle effects changes have been made except removing the effects on Lillia's weapon to make it look better on Enchantress' weapon.
The VO is brought straight from Dota 2's wiki , the complete voiceover is used for Lillia.
No changes to sound effects have been made as I believe none of Enchantress' sound effects fit to Lillia.
This custom skin only applies to BASE Lillia.
