Custom skin for Blitzcrank, turns him into Sevika from Arcane with the use of her TFT unit with the newest Set 13.
All animations of Sevika are taken directly from her TFT unit.
Blitzcrank's Q has been changed with his Boom Boom Blitzcrank's Q to fit Sevika better.
Particles have been recoloured to better fit the Arcane theme.
VO and SFX is also completely changed.
