Custom skin for Sett, turns him into Vander from Arcane with the use of Vander's TFT Unit from Set 13.
It features Vander's animation and VO.
Most animations are re-used as Vander has very few animations from Set 13.
His VO is mostly grunts and screams, but they still replaced Sett's VO.
This mod is made as a commission.
A different version of this mod that uses Sett's animations will be released at a later time.
